Chris Harper has all the tools to be a superstar Quarterback. This past weekend he spent two days refining his mechanics in preparation to attending Kansas State University.  Coming of a rotator cuff injury, Chris made some great strides mechanically and mentally. Keep a look out for Harper fall of 2011 when his eligibility is reinstated of the the Transfer from Oregon.
